Our residences are open to university and college students studying in Durban, especially those attending UKZN Howard College Campus.
We are NSFAS-accredited, meaning NSFAS-funded students are welcome to apply.
We are located within walking distance from UKZN Howard College, near Gate 5 — offering students unmatched convenience and quick access to campus.
Your monthly rent includes:
- Fully furnished rooms (bed, desk, chair, cupboard, microwave, kettle, and built-in gas stove)
